Areas of study include the application of the nursing process to health promotion and interferences with the ability to meet selected basic human needs for child/adult clients. Emphasis is on the nurse as a provider of care. Credit not available by special examination. Lecture: 2 hours Prerequisite: Completion of NR 115 and BIO 139 with a grade of "C" or better, PSY 223 and Computer Literacy; at least a 2.0 cumulative grade point average.
