The Real Estate Management option leads to a career in real estate which may include sales, finance, counseling, development, market analysis, valuation, and/or property management.
Kentucky Real Estate license requirements can be fulfilled by taking two (2) 3 credit hour courses in real estate and sitting for the licensure exam. Students can accomplish this in one semester by taking Real Estate Principles (RE100) and one of the following courses concurrently.
Real Estate Marketing (RE120)
Construction and Blueprints (RE122)
Real Estate Law (RE230)
