The courses satisfy the library experience and paraprofessional certification levels for Kentucky public library employees. In addition, they satisfy re-certification requirements for all levels of Kentucky public library certification. We welcome students from all over the world and from all types of libraries. All students, in-state and out-of-state, pay a single tuition rate of $125 per credit hour, $375 per three hour course. Most classes have required textbooks. Kentucky residents age 65 and older may register as Donovan Scholars with a full tuition waiver. All LIT classes are completely online.
