Purpose and Directions: This on-line submission may be used to request assistance with employment opportunities after being emancipated. If you are still incarcerated, complete four to six months prior to discharge: a request by an employee of the Department of Corrections or by a KCTCS faculty/staff member is acceptable on the behalf of a correctional student.
